The Estate Planning Four-Pack consists of: a Will, a Living Will, a Health Care Power of Attorney, and a General Power of Attorney. Each of these documents serves a specific, separate purpose, and, at the same time, all four of them conjunctively serve the purpose of thoroughly protecting and serving a client’s need to be taken care of during different stages of life and then to distribute his/her estate posthumously.
